Non-Refundable Membership Fee Policy for TransparentPriceRX

1. Overview

TransparentPriceRX ("TPRX") is a membership-only service dedicated to ensuring the efficient  and transparent processing of medication orders for our clients. Our unique system integrates  directly with healthcare providers and the manufacturer's pharmacy to provide a seamless  medication ordering process.

2. Membership Fee

There is a one-time membership fee of $139 and a $48 monthly fee. This fee is essential to facilitate the integration  and communication of our proprietary software with the healthcare provider and the  manufacturer's pharmacy.

3. Inclusions

By becoming a member of TPRX:

  • Clients will have their first medication order processed through the exclusive TPRX  software. 
  •  Clients gain access to the top nationally used 160 Medications, brand and generic,  including Diabetic Supplies with 40 diseases covered, 
  • • Clients receive direct access to a non-profit pharmacy that offers an extended catalog of 2,100 additional medications.

4. Non-Refundability

The membership fee is non-refundable. Here are the reasons why:

  • Prior Information: All the details and processes associated with the TPRX membership  have been described extensively on our official website, Transparentpricerx.com. Upon  joining, members also receive a welcome email outlining the process in detail. 
  • Immediate Activation: Upon receipt of the membership fee, the TPRX software immediately commences its functions. Given the digital nature of our services, we initiate processes that cannot be halted or reversed.
  • Infrastructure Costs: The membership fee contributes towards the costs associated with  maintaining and updating our software, liaising with healthcare providers, and ensuring  uninterrupted service for our members. 

5. Acknowledgment

By paying the membership fee, clients acknowledge:

  • They have read and understood the process as described on our website and in the  welcome email.
  •  They understand that the fee is a one-time charge that is non-refundable, irrespective of the duration of membership or usage of the service.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Should a member decide to cancel or terminate their membership with TPRX, the membership  fee will not be refunded. The membership will be canceled by the beginning of the following month. This is due to the immediate nature of the services provided upon receiving the fee and the resources expended to onboard and serve each member. 

7. In case of Denial

In the event of a denial from the manufacturer, it is mandatory for the client to provide us with a copy of the denial letter. This is a crucial step in understanding the reasons behind the denial and in assessing any refund requests.

8. Important Clause Regarding False Information:

If the denial is attributed to any information that was inaccurately or falsely presented by the client at the time of application submission, we regret to inform that no refund will be issued. Our rationale for this policy is grounded in the principle that our team has already executed its part of the service agreement based on the information initially provided by the client.

We emphasize that our services are rendered effectively and in good faith, based on the accuracy and truthfulness of the information given to us. Therefore, if the manufacturer's denial is a direct result of misinformation or false declarations from the client, our obligation to provide a refund is nullified.
